3. Purposes of the data processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

• in order to be able to bring you this website and to continue to improve and develop the website;

4. Legal basis of the processing

5. Transfer of your personal data
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise disclosed if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or billing or if you have given your prior consent. As part of the order processing, for example, the service providers we use here (e.g. shipping companies, logisticians, payment service providers) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. 6. Duration of data storage

Duration of cookie storage: The two long-term cookies "Cookies accepted" and the selected shop language are stored for 1 year. All other cookies are session cookies, which are deleted as soon as the browser is closed after a session.

7. Newsletter
If you register for the Rosenbauer newsletter and give Rosenbauer International AG your consent (Art 6 Para 1 lit a DS-GVO), your name and e-mail address will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter. To provide these services, eworx Network & Internet GmbH is used as a processor, to which your data is transmitted for this purpose. 8. Use of social media plugins
We use plugins from the following social networks (see list below). For this purpose, we use a two-stage process, during which you can give your consent to the processing of data by the operator of the social network in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a DS-GVO. Data is only transmitted to the operator of the social network when users click on one of the icons displayed and thus agree to the transmission of the data to the operator of the social network. Your browser will only connect to the respective social network after you have given your consent. The social network receives information about your visit to our website via the plugin.
