Shipping

Your order will be shipped within Austria, Switzerland and most European countries with Österreichische Post AG or its partners. To all other countries we ship with UPS. All deliveries are insured against theft and transport damage. Insurance coverage ends as soon as the shipment is delivered and consignee accepts consignment

Please note that we are not able to deliver to mailboxes. Your order will be processed during our normal working hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm (excluding legal holidays). Your goods will normally be ready for dispatch two days after receipt of your payment.

Within Austria and EU countries: 3-5 business days
Other countries listed below: 5-7 business days
Overseas: 10-12 business days

Shipment tracking

As soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive an e-mail with your package number. You can then track the shipment on the relevant service provider's website. For technical reasons, it is not always possible to query the status immediately after the package has been handed over.

Differing Shipping Address

Would you like us to send your order to a delivery address abroad? As soon as the billing and delivery addresses differ, no automated processing via the shop can be carried out for reasons of customs and tax law. Please contact the ISTAC Service-Team. The ISTAC staff will inform you about the legal framework and will be happy to organize the transport and billing for you!

Shipping costs depend on the target country and the weight of your consignment. Please find further information in the table below. The actual shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.
