Can the delivery address differ from my billing address?
The prerequisite for a different delivery address is that the delivery address and billing address are in the same country. This is relevant for customs and tax reasons.
Has my return arrived?
After we have received your return, it will be checked. After the check we will confirm receipt of the return by e-mail. Therefore it can take up to 7 days before you receive a confirmation with all the refund details.
The return transfer is made using the payment method that you selected during the order. Please note that the actual transfer back of the amount may take a few days (depending on the payment method).

Is it possible to order with a company address?
Entering a company address including UID number, which is a prerequisite for Intra-Community delivery, is not possible directly in the Rosenbauer Fanshop.

What are the shipping costs for my order?
